House Rules

We would like to make you familiar with a few of the most important house rules at our vacation rental. These are in place to ensure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. Please take a minute to read each of the rules.
  1. All guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules during their stay.
  2. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
  3. Guests and Visitors must minimize noise between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our other guests and our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
  4. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee.
  5. No parties or events are allowed.
  6. Please park your vehicle in the designated space. The owner assumes no responsibility for the safety of the vehicles, any damage to the vehicles or objects stored in the vehicles.
  7. The apartments are fully equipped: bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, tableware and basic necessities for food preparation (salt and pepper), toilet paper, soap and garbage bags. Please contact the owner in case something is missing or needs to be replaced.
  8. Guests are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling in the allocated trash cans. Garbage containers are located by the road.
  9. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided a trash can for this in the bathroom.
  10. Any time guests leave the apartment, please ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage. Guests must switch off lights, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving.
  11. In the event of rain or strong wind, please remember to close the umbrella and store the chair cushions.
  12. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property. If you want to smoke, you may only smoke outside in the designated area. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided.
  13. Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture. Please ensure that your pet is inside the house during nighttime.
  14. Please remember to clean the BBQ after each use.
  15. I understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to me before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
  16. No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e.for beach use). Separate beach towels are provided for this purpose.
  17. In case you misplace a personal belonging, please contact us so that we keep an eye open when we prepare the property for the next guests.
  18. Use of bicycles is free of charge and at your own risk. In case of damage or theft, the renter or user of the bicycle is liable and will be charged for the costs.
  19. Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.

  21. We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our House Rules.
